This notice explains how Rohit Gharat, trading as Ryntrix Consulting ("we", "us") handles your personal data. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Data we collect: your name, email address, company, country and project details from enquiry forms; order details (product, email, order ID) from purchases; and basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device information.

Why we use it: to reply to enquiries and provide consulting services (contract performance / steps before a contract); to deliver digital products and send download links (contract performance); to keep the site secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests); and to meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation). We do not send marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with: service providers that help run this site (website hosting, Google Workspace for email and record keeping); Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles sales, payments, tax compliance and invoicing; professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers; and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your data.

Retention: enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact; order records are kept as long as tax law requires. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing rohit@ryntrixconsulting.com. We reply within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security: we use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to records and private file storage.

International transfers: our service providers may process data outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Cookies: this site uses only essential storage needed to run (for example, remembering your light/dark theme and the secure checkout). We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings.
